"Daniel has been our agent for many years, we have been with State Farm for years before and decided to make the change not because anything other than the service I could tell he provided his costumers. He treats his business in a personal level, your problems became his problems, and him and his team helps you deal with any issue you might encounter. We have a full umbrella under Daniel Parker agency; a few businesses, and anything personal. Our family definitely feels save having not just Sate Farm but Daniel Parker as our agent."

"I just switched to State Farm from Geico after 22 years. I left them for two reasons: the rates going up every six months—I'm on a fixed income—and the app required to monitor driving behavior. That's all well and good, but using my Bluetooth constantly is simply unreasonable. To require a customer to have the Bluetooth on all the time, allowing anyone to steal data from our mobile devices, is wrong in all aspects. - Mary Dye How ever o am willing to give this a try thank you all"

These devises are called Telematics and most insurance companies seem to be moving this direction to make sure that the careful drivers get the discounts that they deserve! I have them in my personal vehicles and they are designed to ONLY monitor your driving. I VERY much value my privacy also and have not had any issues and I have been using it for about 3 years. "Daniel and his staff are all about taking care of their people. I was having issues with my claim and went to the office to see if they could help. Cassie assured me that they would get things taken care of and they did and very quickly. I went in on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday morning Daniel called to let me know everything was taken care of."

"Honestly over the past year or so I have watched the service of this office decline. My wife used to work for this agent and it was severely interested in only making sales and not the best interest of the customers. After my wife left the office, requesting any service was a joke. Even when filing a claim it took an average of 3+ weeks to get an estimator to view our claim. Not highly impressed with this agent and we transferred agents because of the lack of service to its customers."
