"We have had the best experience with Daniel Parker and his team. Our 2025 was a bit of a wild year for us. We had our floors flood in early January from a frozen pipe and then a tree fell on our house in March while our kids were home with their grandparents but my wife and I were away in Honduras on a missions trip. The day we got back from Honduras we called Daniel and he was immediately working to help us get our claim taken care of, make sure our house was safe, make sure we knew clear next steps. When we got stuck a few times with contractors and estimates he helped us navigate through. The storms last March caused a crazy amount of claims. But I never felt like we were just a task or just another claim. The team actually understood our story and what we were walking through and gave us their very best every time.
