"Where do I even begin... Daniel Parker and Reggie Ross have been incredibly helpful by working with me and my growing insurance needs. The icing on the cake was when my home and was hit with not one, but TWO hail storms. We entered into a months long argument with adjusters who were ADAMENT about denying our claim. While we had other parties insist that our roof needed a full replacement. Daniel and Reggie came out personally, drove 90 minutes, to check out the roof and find spots that the adjusters had missed. Their "won't back down" attitude exemplifies what you want in an insurance agent. They always were looking out for our best interests and they would not be satisfied until we had an outcome that worked for us. I cannot say enough good things about him but you will NOT find a more capable and caring insurance agent in the great state of Oklahoma. Cheers to you Daniel Parker and Reggie Ross, you have given me renewed faith in the insurance business."

"Daniel has been our agent for many years, we have been with State Farm for years before and decided to make the change not because anything other than the service I could tell he provided his costumers. "I just switched to State Farm from Geico after 22 years. I left them for two reasons: the rates going up every six months—I'm on a fixed income—and the app required to monitor driving behavior. That's all well and good, but using my Bluetooth constantly is simply unreasonable. To require a customer to have the Bluetooth on all the time, allowing anyone to steal data from our mobile devices, is wrong in all aspects. - Mary Dye How ever o am willing to give this a try thank you all"

These devises are called Telematics and most insurance companies seem to be moving this direction to make sure that the careful drivers get the discounts that they deserve! I have them in my personal vehicles and they are designed to ONLY monitor your driving. I VERY much value my privacy also and have not had any issues and I have been using it for about 3 years. "Daniel and his staff are all about taking care of their people. I was having issues with my claim and went to the office to see if they could help. Cassie assured me that they would get things taken care of and they did and very quickly. I went in on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday morning Daniel called to let me know everything was taken care of."
